At Westgate Oxford, we aim to make your visit an enjoyable and memorable experience. We have a range of services available to our visitors free of charge.

Baby & Child Facilities

We have a range of family-friendly facilities and restaurants in the centre. For more information on our family-friendly brands, please see our brands page.

We can also offer our parents the below facilities:

Baby change facilities located on our Roof Terrace and in Westgate Social
Breastfeeding facilities on our Roof Terrace
Baby change facilities with toilet located in Shopmobility area

Accessible Services and Shopmobility

Accessible Services

Services include wheelchair-friendly access to the centre, and wheelchair space in our lifts. Our dedicated toilet facilities also include a Changing Places Facility located on our Roof Terrace.

Local buses and taxis are all accessible for wheelchair users and those with walking impairments. There is also accessible parking access in our car park. Please contact our car park for further assistance: 01865 263 630

Shopmobility

We also offer the below Shopmobility services free of charge to our guests:

10 mobility scooters
4 wheelchairs
1 motorised scooter (left and right)
Free service to rent scooters and wheelchairs, which can be collected from the Shopmobility office or dropped off at the Guest Experience Desk
The ability to sign up for our free membership
The ability to book over the phone, if required
50 accessible parking bays (25 on each level – all directly outside the main lobby areas). Directions can be found on our VMS signs within the car park.

Please note: ID is required (either ID or Disability Pass). Our Shopmobility service is available from 9am to 11pm, seven days a week. Our scooters are available per day and are for use within the centre, but can also be used in the City Centre within city limits. All electric wheelchairs are only permitted for use within the shopping centre.

Our accessible bays are not free or at a discounted cost.

Toilets

Our toilet facilities are available to all customers and are located around the Shopping Centre in the following locations.

Westgate Oxford has taken guidance from Colostomy UK to provide stoma-friendly toilet facilities. Five of our accessible toilets have been updated to include the correct Stoma Facilities. These can be found in the main toilet area on the Roof Terrace, in Social Street food, on the Lower Ground Mall and on Level -2 of the Car Park. Each toilet now includes wall hooks, a colostomy bag shelf, a wall mirror and the correct disposal facilities.

ROOF TOP TERRACE

Changing Places Facility; toilets and baby change facilities located at the top of the escalators (turn right at Sticks 'n' Sushi)
Baby change, breastfeeding and accessible toilet facilties located in Shopmobility in the Car Park.
More toilets are also available in the bars and restaurants on the Roof Top Terrace

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

Toilets, baby change facilities and Disabled toilets and wash room facilities located in Westgate Social

Refill Me

As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts and in a bid to cut single-use plastic consumption, guests can now fill up their water bottle for free at any Westgate Oxford retailer displaying a Refill Me sticker in its window, with zero obligation to make a purchase from the retailer. Amazon Lockers

Instead of delivering your parcel to your home, you can opt to have your item delivered to our Amazon Lockers at a time that is convenient to you.

Our Lockers are located in Westgate Social Food Hall, adjacent to the toilets.

Please note, Lockers can accept parcels up to 42cm x 35cm x 32cm in dimension, with a maximum weight of 4.5kg. If the combined size, weight or dimensions of your parcel exceeds the size restrictions, you'll need to remove items or select a different delivery address.

Wi-Fi

We have recently installed our NEW member only WiFi... A faster, stronger connection. Just search for 'WestgateGuest' and sign up to have free WiFi whenever you visit Westgate Oxford.

Security & First Aid

The centre is operated by CCTV cameras and is patroled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are defribrillators on hand and our staff are also First Aid trained. There is no smoking permitted in the centre at anytime including on the Roof Top Terrace. No professional photography or videography is permitted in the centre at any time without prior confirmation from the Management Team.

Lost & Found

If you believe you have lost an item within our centre, please log it on our quick and simple online form with as much information as possible. We will use the information you provide us to match with any property handed in and will contact you if we believe we have found your item.

We log all items lost in centre and use the NotLost system to manage our lost property enquiries and records.
