Pay: £12.25 per hour

As the face of Westgate, this role involves meeting, greeting, and supporting our guests! Offering excellent service at all times and going above and beyond to make their experience memorable!

We take pride in what we do as we are the first and last people our guests see. Your helpful can-do attitude and passion for great service will create an amazing impression each and every time.

We are looking for a Guest Experience Host who will focus on providing a tailored service to our guests and our team. Someone who will promote a helpful and professional image at all times! We want people who will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely, and with a caring attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction, to make them return time and time again.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting guests, delivering excellent service at all times.
• Handling/managing lost property.
• Look after services including our Cycle Hub and our Brand partners.
• Answering calls and dealing with queries and complaints.
• Dealing with lost children.
• Tourist information
• Being a Dropit & Share Your Thoughts ambassador 

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Experienced in high-end customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; word, excel, powerpoint, teams, and SharePoint
• Customer experience – Minimum of 6 Months
