Position summary:
- Providing exceptional customer service to every customer
- Maintaining shop floor and back of house cleanliness
Essential job functions:
- Utilise skills to increase customer engagement and drive sales
- Practice and apply teamwork to create a conducive and friendly shopping environment
- Deal with requests and transactions to maximise customer experience.
- Exhibit product knowledge and presentation
- Maintain attentiveness and merchandising at all times.
- Process payments, arrange appointments and place customer orders
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, up until 8.30pm on a day-to-day basis
- Fluent in English and basic abilities in mathematics
Skills and knowledge:
- Previous jewellery and/or watch sales experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
