We pride ourselves on turning moments into memories. As a Supervisor for Ernest Jones, you will work with the Store Manager to create and maintain a Best in Class, premium/prestige customer experience in your store and to lead a sales-driven team who love working for us.

Essential job functions

Deliver a best in class, premium/prestige customer experience. 

Train, coach and develop a team who are motivated to perform at their best. 

Drive sales by demonstrating expert product knowledge and customer service skills. 

Take ownership for and act on Customer feedback in order improve the customer experience. 

Support the Store Manager to deliver successful customer events.

Requirements

Proven track record of selling in a face-to-face environment, ideally in premium/prestige retail.

Previous supervisory experience in premium/prestige retail.

Skills & Knowledge

Effective verbal communication skills

IT literate

 

Full training will be provided.
