The successful candidate will:

• Drive Commercial Success: Demonstrate a strong commercial mindset and analytical thinking to achieve outstanding KPI performance. Utilise data insights to take impactful actions and foster a results-driven team culture.

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Create an unforgettable in-store experience that customers will rave about, ensuring service is consistently warm, engaging, and exceeds expectations.

• Lead and Develop a Team: Recruit exceptional talent, support and develop team members, and handle challenging situations with confidence and professionalism.

• Showcase Creative Flair: Bring the store to life with beautiful visual merchandising, putting the collections centre stage and enhancing the overall customer journey.

• Organise with Excellence: Plan ahead, set clear objectives, delegate effectively, and maintain a safe and well-run store environment with proactive, efficient management.
