If you're fed up of carrying heavy bags around the centre after a morning's shopping, you can get your shopping delivered home for FREE!
All you have to do is leave your bags safely and securely at one of our 50 participating stores or Guest Information desk until the end of the day, OR you can have your shopping shipped directly to your home after your visit.
The majority of our stores are participating in the scheme, meaning you can 'drop as you shop' and enjoy a bag-free retail experience. A Westgate Oxford Guest Experience team member will be notified when a bag has been dropped at a store and they will then safely collect and collate them on behalf of you.
Guests can then collect their purchases together from the Guest Experience Desk. Shoppers can also choose to have bags delivered to a preferred location at a convenient time with DropIt providing delivery to homes, hotels and workplaces nationwide. A same-day cycle courier service will fulfil all deliveries to OX1-OX4 postcodes, helping to reduce vehicle traffic and promoting the use of cycling in Oxford.

Take advantage of the extensive range of onsite leisure and entertainment facilities at Westgate Oxford without being hampered by multiple shopping bags. Guests can dine at one of over 20 restaurants, bars and cafes, or visit the luxury Curzon cinema, Junkyard Golf Club, or Escape Hunt’s escape rooms stress-free.
All you have to do is drop off your shopping bags at over 50 retailers or at the Guest Information desk. Pick it up later or have it sent home – for free!
