About the Artist:
Daniela Schönbächler (born 1968, Zug, Switzerland) initially trained in architecture and sculpture. Schönbächler currently lives and works in Venice, London and Switzerland. She is active in various disciplines such as installation, sculpture, photography and painting and researches innovative ways of creating conceptual and minimal art with a variety of materials and media. Glass has become a unifying element in her public artworks, linking art and architecture.
