Say hello to spring dining
The sun's out, the evenings are getting longer and we're ready for some fresh flavours. The good news is a new season means new menus at our top eateries. Read on to discover the season's must-try dishes, guaranteed to put a spring in your step.
Coffee and treats
If you're in need of a morning boost or a mid-shopping pick-me-up, head to Maya's for a fix of fresh indie coffee and their signature hot chocolate. For a more decadent treat, The Shake Lab has four brand new spring shakes for you to try, each more fiendishly tempting than the last. The Kinda Bueno, The Mini Egg, The Flumpy Bunny or The Cream Egg - what'll it be?
Brunch time favourites
For top notch Danish pastries and delicious juices it's got to be Ole & Steen, but for bigger appetites look no further than The Breakfast Club to start your day. They do all the classics of course, plus their iconic pancake stacks, breakfast sandwiches and boozy brunches if you're going big at the weekend.
Lunch and light bites
Victors up on the rooftop have an impressive array of sweet and savoury Afternoon Tea options for a fancy lunch, or how about a Sunday roast from midday with live music? Plus, kids can eat free at Victors Monday to Friday 2nd - 12th April. If you're grabbing something on the go instead, try one of Pret's bloomer sandwiches or Mexican, Vietnamese or Korean salads, new for spring.
Dinner and drinks
Don't miss Sticks 'n' Sushi's specials celebrating cherry blossom season: the Cheri chocolate, cherry and matcha dessert and Sakura Hanami cocktail, only around until the end of March! Or make a date at The Alchemist to sample their Cosmic Supper Club offering Sunday to Wednesday: three small plates and your choice of Cosmic Oyster aperitivo or citrus gin.
