Living and breathing our Ann Summers values on a daily basis we expect our Store Managers to treat their store as if it was their own business and therefore they are accountable for the stores standards commercial decisions delivery of KPIs and management of P&Ls. The Store Manager is responsible for leading a successful store through training developing and motivating their sales assistants. The continued success and growth of Ann Summers has been based on our Managers commercial acumen passion for service and drive to maximize the sales and profitability of their stores.
Before joining the team you will be given 2 weeks training with one of our expert Academy Development Managers who will ensure that you will be able to delight our customers and achieve the best possible results.
