Bonnie Gull started in 2011 as a pop-up restaurant in a Hackney pie & mash shop. The aim was to provide high quality, sustainable British seafood in a humble, relaxed environment. The offering at Salt ’n’ Sauce will include Bonnie Gull’s famous take on the iconic fish & chips (ranked by The Times as one of the best in Britain) as well as other re-worked chippy favourites including salt ’n’ pepper squid burger & crab fries. Don’t miss our ‘whippy’ ice cream cone complete with chocolate flake.
